Billy Joel: The 100th: Live at Madison Square Garden (The Complete

Billy Joel: The 100th: Live at Madison Square Garden (The Complete Concert) is for someone who wants the full concert experience instead of a short highlights cut. If you already know you like live Billy Joel and you want a home version that keeps the show in one place, this kind of release makes sense. It may also suit a buyer who cares about picture quality and wants the Blu-ray format rather than a compressed stream.

The main reason to consider it is simple. A complete concert gives you the pacing, the crowd energy, and the full set list flow, not just the biggest songs pulled out on their own. That matters if part of the appeal is hearing how the night builds. For a fan, that can be the difference between something you watch once and something you keep around.

The thing to check is whether you want the whole concert or only a few favorite songs. A complete show can feel long if you are only casually interested in the artist. It also helps to look at the disc details, since buyers usually want to confirm the audio options, subtitle support, and any bonus material before choosing a physical release like this.

There is no first-hand use to point to here, so the safer way to judge it is by the format and the concert itself. Blu-ray is a good fit when the goal is to keep a live performance in a higher-quality physical copy and not just treat it like background listening. If you are buying for a Billy Joel fan, or for someone who enjoys full concert films, this seems like the right lane. If you only want a few songs, it may be more than you need.

In the end, this is a straightforward choice for a fan who wants the complete Madison Square Garden show in a format built for rewatching. If that is the use case, it fits well. If not, a shorter concert or a greatest-hits set may be the better match.
